Participants Attending CPD Training Programs

 

1.     Payment Terms

1.1. A booking confirmation will only be sent once the deposit has been received.

1.2. A non-refundable deposit of £100 or 10% of the total program cost (whichever is higher) is required to secure your place in the CPD training program.

1.3. Payments made by credit card will incur an additional processing fee of 3.33%.

1.4. Full payment is due 4 weeks before the program start date . Failure to make full payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your enrollment.

1.5. Payments made by bank transfer must include a £40 fee to cover administrative and bank charges.

1.6. Bank details are provided on the invoice/price offer.

1.7. Exam costs and higher certificate fees are not included in the program price. Participants are responsible for paying any additional fees, such as exam registration or certification upgrades.



2.     Refunds and Cancellation Fees

2.1. Written notification of cancellation must be submitted via email to process refunds.

2.2. All refunds will be made to the original payer, minus the non-refundable deposit.

2.3. If E&S-H cancels tuition after a participant’s enrolment, a full refund of any payments made will be issued.



3.     Visas

3.1. A deposit must be received prior to issuing any visa support documents.

3.2. If the documents are couriered, a £70 charge applies.

3.3. In the event of visa rejection, the courier charges and deposit are non-refundable unless extenuating circumstances are proven (e.g., embassy errors).

3.4. Visa Waiver Agreement :

3.4.1.    By participating in E&S-H CPD programs, participants agree to comply fully with the terms of their visa and waive all rights to:

3.4.2.    Change their visa status during their stay in the country.

3.4.3.    Apply for or receive any additional benefits from the government, including but not limited to asylum seeker status or other immigration-related applications.

3.4.4.    Participants acknowledge that they are solely responsible for adhering to visa regulations and maintaining lawful status in the country.

3.4.5.    E&S-H is not liable for any consequences arising from a participant’s breach of visa conditions or attempts to alter their visa status.



4.     Cancellation Policies

4.1. If written evidence of visa rejection is received less than 7 days before the arrival date , one week’s accommodation and tuition fees (in addition to non-refundable charges) will apply.

4.2. If the arrival date is postponed due to delayed visa processing, E&S-H cannot guarantee the original accommodation requests.

4.3. E&S-H is not responsible for decisions made by embassies or UK immigration authorities.

4.4. For visa consultations, participants should contact their respective embassies directly.

4.5. If a visa regulation is breached and the visa is revoked, E&S-H will not refund accommodation or tuition fees.



5.     Accommodation Cancellation Before Arrival

5.1. Participants cancelling less than 14 days before arrival will be charged one week’s accommodation fee at the standard rate, plus the accommodation placement fee.

5.2. Non-E&S-H accommodations (e.g., hotels or self-catering apartments booked through E&S-H) have separate cancellation terms. Full payment is required 30 days before arrival , and cancellations after this period may incur the full stay charge.



6.     Accommodation Cancellation After Arrival

6.1. Participants leaving their accommodation must provide a minimum of one week’s notice .

6.2. After deducting the cost of accommodation used (including the required notice period), any remaining balance will be refunded.

6.3. Certain accommodations may have additional cancellation charges. Participants will be notified at the time of cancellation.



7.     Course Changes and Flexibility

7.1. Participants cancelling 14 days or less before the course start date will receive a refund of fees paid, minus non-refundable charges (deposit, courier fees, and insurance fees).

7.2. Deposits are non-refundable for course cancellations or reductions in the duration of the program.

7.3. Credit notes may be issued for unused portions of the program and must be used within 12 months of departure .



8.     Enrolment

8.1. E&S-H reserves the right to charge an administration fee for changes or postponements to the course, accommodation, or center after the initial enrolment has been confirmed.



9.     Holidays

9.1. Holidays can only be taken if the program duration is a minimum of 12 weeks and complies with visa restrictions.



10. Public Holidays

10.1.                  All E&S-H professional training programs are suspended on public holidays. Lessons missed on these dates will be rescheduled for participants in professional training programs.



11. Changing Courses

11.1.                  E&S-H reserves the right to move workshops to the afternoon during peak seasons (July and August) if necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance.

11.2.                  E&S-H reserves the right to reduce the number of hours or combine similar course levels if there are fewer than 2 participants enrolled in a course. In such cases, participants will be offered alternative options, including rescheduling or transferring to another workshop.



12. Re-issuing Certificates

12.1.                  E&S-H reserves the right to charge £30 for the re-issuance of lost or damaged certificates.



13. Use of Photographs and Videos

13.1.                  By participating in CPD training programs, individuals grant permission for their photos and names to be used in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media posts, newsletters, and website content.

13.2.                  Participants who wish to opt out of this arrangement may do so by contacting E&S-H directly via email only.



14. Expulsion

14.1.                  E&S-H reserves the right to expel participants for unacceptable or unlawful behaviour, lack of attendance, or actions that jeopardise workplace safety.

14.2.                  No refund will be given, and any unpaid fees become immediately payable.

14.3.                  Repatriation is at the participant’s expense.

14.4.                  Participants are required to maintain a minimum attendance level of 80% .

14.5.                  In the event of expulsion, participants will forfeit the right to receive a certificate from E&S-Hub.



15. Health Declaration

15.1.                  Participants must report any mental or physical illness, allergy, disability, or condition that may interfere with their ability to complete the program, impact the well-being of others, or require special accommodation.

15.2.                  E&S-H reserves the right to terminate participation if a participant’s involvement poses a risk to health and safety. Refunds are at the discretion of E&S-H.



16. Damage

16.1.                  Participants are responsible for paying the full cost of any damage caused to property.

16.2.                  Damage deposits may apply to certain accommodations and are payable upon arrival.



17. Liability

17.1.                  E&S-H and its staff are not liable for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property unless liability is expressly imposed by law.

17.2.                  E&S-H is not responsible for services that become impossible to provide due to circumstances beyond its control.



18. Force Majeure

18.1.                  E&S-H is not responsible for failure to comply with obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.



19. Pricing and Accuracy

19.1.                  Prices are valid for two weeks after the offer is sent.

19.2.                  Prices are subject to change without notice and will be confirmed upon invoicing.



20. Changes and Availability

20.1.                  E&S-H reserves the right to change program start times or content without prior notice if necessary.

20.2.                  Courses may not run if fewer than 3 participants are enrolled.



21. Data Protection Policy

21.1.                  E&S-H complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ensures the privacy and security of all participant data. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
